Overall, the van looks and runs like new. The van was purchased at a dealership in NW Arkansas and we are the sole owners with clean Colorado title. it has been garage housed and the engine and the generator run on a regular basis. It is efficiently and cleverly designed and features include leather seats, stereo cabinet, generator, heat and air, overhead fan, sink, two burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV, toilet, closet for hanging clothes, inside and outside hot/cold showers, and a large awning for shady sitting. Curtains can be pulled around to enjoy complete privacy. Two tires have been replaced, the other two are in good shape but original. The rear dining area folds into a double bed that is 53" X 73" and the two front seats swivel around and you can set up the table between them, put your feet up on the rear seats and watch the TV that swivels around from the back. The two front seats fold into two twin beds. You will never beat this deal if you are looking for a very solid small motorhome, which can actually be parked in a regular car parking space.
