Description

We’ve owned this well-loved RV for 2 years now, and it’s ready for its next owners. There is no better way to see the National Parks than from your own ‘home’ (with your own bathroom!) The kids were lined up along the window over the cab with binoculars, looking *over the top* of the other visitors.

Bought at the height of the pandemic, we never intended to use it for camping. Instead, it’s been a mobile hotel for me, my wife, and our four kids while we visited family on the other side of the states. And this RV couldn’t make it easier! On the way home from buying, we pulled into a campground, told the vehicle to ‘level’ itself, connected power/water, opened the slides, and we were set for the night! Since that first night, we’ve stayed everywhere from truck stops, parking lots, campgrounds, and family driveways. We’ve gotten too good at rolling into our campsite after dark; and setting up for the night with only two semi-coherent adults. The kids stumble a few feet to their beds. No lugging of bags; no unpacking, no repacking in the morning.

When looking, we ultimately settled on the Prestige edition (31FSP) because of the over-the-cab window.

We’ll replace it with another someday, but with kids flying the coop we simply can’t justify the size for our family.

Improvements: boat snaps replaced the velcro, pointy shin-level drawer pulls replaced, magnetic holds on exterior doors, stem extenders on tires, angles reinforcing the bed platform, Reflectix window covers, RV AirFlow styrofoam insert, Oxygenics Fury showerhead, cab shades, multicolor awning lights and hooks; these are all small things that you won’t get from someone else.

For a full-price offer, we’ll also throw in a latex mattress for the master bed ($1000); a Camp Chef 14” Explorer cooking base w/ case, cover, levelers, flame tamers, and 2 cast iron grill/griddle plates ($400); a Viair portable compressor ($360); a 36-Gallon Rhino Tote ($320), bumper rack (never used); a 300-lb capacity folding ladder ($180); a 4G cellular modem and router ($150); an infrared sound system w/ 4 sets of headphones ($150); and some folding/rocking camp chairs and portable camping stools ($125) that fit perfectly in the small underbelly storage compartment.

Everything to enjoy the upcoming fall camping season; you just need to pick a destination and 4-6 people to drag with you!
