We are the only owners. We bought the Tiffin new, in NM Jan 2018. This coach has been wonderful and we have had many adventures in our travels. We are selling because we just don't use it enough. I do all the oil changes regularly and the filters were changed last fall in October. The Coach has new batteries for chassie and house. A few things I will let go with the RV, tire covers, high buck surge protector and added a water softener that works great. Too much to list. This RV has been to the Red Bay Alabama Factory to check it over and it was all good. One thing to mention, the RV has been running on a def simulator for over a year, which is a computer board that tells the ecm that the def sensor is good. I have the new sensor and have an appt in 8 weeks, or the new owner can bring the RV to their local RV Service Center. The sensor is under factory warranty. For those that don't understand the def sensor issue, the sensors go bad over time. They fail not just on RVs. but semi-trucks and all diesels. and the sensors will fail again. However, you can drive the RV with The simulator and it will go with the coach. A failed sensor goes into derate mode and the RV idles at 5 MPH. Email me if you are interested.
