RV is in perfect condition, totally clean and the only reason for selling it (as we just bought it, to drive it all over Florida) is because I'm being transfered overseas, otherwise would have kept it for a while. Everything works perfect and we have only used it 3 times at a Markham Park (15 min from my home) as we were just learning how to tow it, hook it up and simply becoming more familiar with all the process. We updated the mattress, I removed the shelve that was over the sink (as it wouldn't allow for your head to be over the sink) and moved it over the toilet and added a much bigger mirror and turned out way more spacy! I also put the small mirror that was acting as the door of the shelve, at the entrance for last minute check before stepping out :) Please remember it is a toy hauler so great if you need to bring a golf cart, motorcyle, bikecicles etc.
