Well maintained motorhome, rarely used. Cummins Onan Generator and Chevy V8 were run weekly during the winter. Still winterized to include pest control. RV was parked in our driveway and has typical wear and tear. Interior was meticulously maintained. NADA list price with condition and mileage noted is suggested retail of $88,963 and low retail of $64,405.

We bought the premium plus extended warranty which is goo duntil November 2023 and is transferrable to the new owner with only a letter, receipt, and $40 fee which we will cover.

Lots and lots of storage in this unit. We could bring beach chairs, regular chairs, fishing poles, games, dry goods, beach wear, extra towels and clothing for emergencies.

Fridge is large enough to hold food for two on a two week trip. Convection microwave oven worked great - although we only used it for popcorn and to reheat items, not bake a turkey.

Digital antenna works really good in areas with reception, even during the rain, which is when we used it most. You can hook up a portable player, but we never did.

Interior shower is tall enough for someone 6', we only used this once to say we did it. Worked really well though and had zero issues with the curtain or anything like that.

This unit has a cab-over bunk with a 750 lb rating. Sleeps 6-7 with the convertable dinette and sleeper sofa being more child/teen sized. It doesn't include a ladder, but we made due (very easily) with a step stool.

Awning works well, never an issue. We will also include the sewage hoses and leveling jacks since we won't need them and they are RV specific in use.

Great RV with room to get our of each other's way or bring a crew. We didn't use it as often as we thought we would as you can tell by looking at the miles. Ready to let someone with more time enjoy it. We priced it to clear the debt.
