Well taken care of and clean. Just in time for hunting and fishing season.  Nonsmoker. Always in covered storage. Completely self contained  and great for boondocking. Has dual 12V batteries. Has a full Oven. Wet bath. 2 Manual awnings. Fantastic fan. Microwave. Power remote control jacks. Set up currently for a dually (swing jacks) with ability for a regular pick up as well. Onan propane generator has 117 hours.  Norcold refrigerator-(electric/ propane) is  clean and works well.
