Really nice class A motorhome with an incredible twin couch living room which is rare in a gas model. Used it for multiple trips to AZ and is a nice riding coach which tracks incredibly well on the interstate. Highlighted features include:

• Has a very roomy interior with the slides in and traveling. Has plenty of space to relax while on the road with the slides in.


• New tires March of '22 (6)


• 2 new A/C units in the last 2 years


• New plank tile flooring throughout. There is some carpet in this coach but very little and it was replaced as well.


• Residental rear Queen master bed with a new mattress


• Twin couch "diesel pusher" floor plan that flows with the captains chairs which also turn around. Couches or chairs do not have tears, rips or excessive wear


• Camps very well in cold weather (under 20) and hot weather above 105. We use it to go to Arizona so we know well.


• Never lived in or smoked in. Just used to visit family.


• Regular oil changes (synthetic) and have all maintenance records


• Less than 400 hrs. on the generator and it has had regular oil changes (synthetic). Generator has been run monthly.


• Single piece roof has been cleaned/maintained regularly


• Gas waterheater and works excellent


• New coach and house batteries in the last 2 years


• Fridge is 110/propane and is ice cold


• This class A has tons and I mean tons of storage inside and out. We have not found this in many other coaches


• Rear dresser can function as a work desk as I have used it that way


• Backup camera


• Convection microwave and standard RV stove


• New Roku TV in the front which is visable from both couches. We stream moving all the way to AZ and it works great.


• LED lights throughout
