I purchased this Greyhawk new & it has been stored in a full garage unit when not in use. It is in great condition inside & out. Both truck & RV have been imaculately maintened with the truck being on a maintenance schedule and the RV having yearly inspections & winterization. I bought this RV because I love all of the features packaged into a managable size. I still really like it & I'm sad to sell it but I need to upgrade to a larger size.
