An excellent getaway vehicle for the family! This bunkhouse plan is comfortable and spacious for many. Some awesome features include after-market 8" height queen bed, outdoor speakers for entertainment, outdoor kitchen and cooking area next to the attached propane grill. A fireplace puts out excellent heat to keep you warm during the winter and is located below the spacious mantle and TV wall mount so you can watch TV on-the-go! The private back room also has a TV jack and sets up nicely for the kids or friends staying with you. There is plenty of storage throughout the interior and in the front of the camper by the hitch.

Personal Notes and Why I'm Selling: I bought this camper brand new in 2019, and it is currently in a storage lot. I lived in it for 7 months during a divorce :( and it has normal wear and tear, but it served as a great little home when I needed it. I no longer have a vehicle that can pull it, and it is too good of a camper to just sit on a lot :(.

Maintenance: The faucet has been replaced. It had maintenance performed one time when the plastic elbow joint underneath the drain of the shower came unhooked during travel, and the resulting few showers caused water to go out the bottom! Once realized, a mobile RV maintenance service came out and the insulation was completely removed and replaced. Comes with new battery.
