This is a perfect camper for a couple with an SUV! At only 3080 lbs empty it can be towed by pretty much anything. It has an electric tongue jack, led awning lights, outdoor shower, 24 gallon black and grey tanks, 30 gallon fresh water tank, propane furnace, air conditioner that keeps it nice and cold on hot days. We made a couple of upgrades including new jacks, a 30lb propane bottle, and a new dometic 320 ceramic toilet! We purchased it with a soft floor in the bathroom due to a leak from the shower p-trap. I pulled everything out and redid the entire bathroom to higher than factory standards. Inspected until May 2023.
