The advertised price is for the RV only, but I would also sell the tow bar and towed vehicle either separately or packaged with the RV, more info below.

Interior of RV is barely used, no damage and no visible wear. Exterior paint is not faded, was always stored indoors or covered. Many upgrades were done including a lot of RV storage gear such as an entire vehicle cover and tire covers, tire pressure management system, upgraded bay door locks to a unique non-generic key, portable electric clothes washer and spin-dryer, new luxury pillow top mattress, new electrical hookups and adapters, extra long electrical hookups, new potable water hose and filter, new sewer hose, new spare tire. Also included is the Camco Power Defender which is an on-board electrical protection system that protects and alerts you to mis-wired campsite connections, high and low voltages, spikes, and other faults; the Power Defender is not yet installed and is new still in the box. The RV cabin has an iPad holder for maps, Internet, extra music, etc. The RV came with all-leather seats throughout, self leveling built-in jacking system, sound system, outside awning with TV and sound system, turning and rear external cameras. Although the RV officially sleeps 11, I never had anyone in it but myself, so the sofa-beds and bunk beds were always in their seating positions. It is very roomy and comfortable. There is a lot of value here due to the upgrades and extras, very light usage, and low mileage. The RV has a small repair on the front right corner at the bottom where I rubbed a small lane divider, only cosmetic damage was done and it has been repaired satisfactorily, photo included.

The car, if you are interested, is also upgraded with front end tow attachments (non-binding tow bar included), on-board brake package, tow-lighting package, and rock guard that goes between RV and car. You can purchase just the RV, or just the car, or purchase the entire package for $90,000 which is the RV+Towing Gear+Storage Gear+Car. If purchasing just the car, tow bar, and towing extras that is $14,000. I am willing to negotiate with more latitude on the package deal than I would on just the RV or just the car and towing gear. The car is a 2019 Chevy Spark with less than 22000 miles on it.
