One owner prior to us, we do not have manuals.  After we purchased, we completed the following upgrades: Interior updated, upgraded queen rv mattress, tires replaced with upgraded tires, a/c in main room upgraded, added a/c to bedroom, full-size refrigerator (electric only, not powered by propane), batteries replaced, new tv in main room, tv in bedroom, furniture is original and is peeling, but is covered with heavy duty furniture covering (custom made), has out door kitchen with refrigerator (no sink or stove), awning in exceptional condition. Lightweight, easy to tow, rear living creates your own personal lake house wherever you park it.  Selling because we upgraded to 5th wheel.
