This is very beautiful inside and out. We are leaving the country and can't take it with us. The couch and bottom bunk has ware on the fake leather as the sun has dried it out and some has peeled off. We have a guy that will replace for $2,000. Also the awning has some sun damage but it still works great. The surround sound is fantastic. The TVs all work and there is washer/dryer hook ups in the garage. The trailer will be missed.
