This Grand Design Imagine BHE21 is the real McCoy! It is turn key ready for personal use or as a rental!

We used our TT as for both personal use (family of four and two dogs) and as a rental! Use over the last two years is between 15-20 times. As a rental our trailer drew a prophet (after insurance, monthly loan payment, and storage).

Due to our own personal job requirements we stopped renting out the trailer a year ago. It has been used for limited personal use over the last year. We are selling it because it no longer fits our lifestyle.

The TT has some after-market improvements to it.featuring an Aero bike rack and a blackstone griddle replacing the outdoor stove top.

In addition to extra linens and equipment, we will also include new heavier weight stabilizers and a new glass cover for the in-cabin stove (we use a cutting board instead of the glass). For the stabilizers, the heavier weight reduces rocking when walking about inside. The cutting board is due to a rented leaving the glass cover over the stove when turned on (very common). We purchased a replacement glass top but did not install it, as the cutting board top has more utility.

There is one cosmetic downside to our TT. There is a black scuff mark on the back. It came from a basketball hoop that I accidentitally bumped into when parking it in a driveway.
