Meticulously kept Jayco Precept 31UL, purchased new in Florida. This one is set apart for the following: It's never been stored outside in direct weather. It is kept plugged in, under cover unless we're using it. We love it, just want to travel overseas now that the kids are a little older. Another reason is we're selling it with nearly every accessory you need to camp!! Comes with Magne Shade, Snap Pads, Front steering stabilizer, chairs, tables, Weber Grill, games, bedding etc. This coach is detailed by third party after each long trip. We've only been in Florida, usually short trips where young kids can enjoy. We have not had any major issues. I put the coach on a lift and cleaned up loose wiring harnesses, spray foamed any areas missed from the factory, insulated the front dash. Coach comes with a full-size residential refrigerator, outside TV/Entertainment, slam doors and Huge belly storage. This also has the 22.5" wheels that provide a more stable ride. I had the front end aligned direct from the dealer, for my own peace of mind. The auto level jacks have been calibrated. This coach is a must see and is much better than anything you'll see in a used RV show. Hoses, cleaners, leveling blocks, cooler, huge outdoor rug, tables, chairs are among the major accessories that will come with it. Just add food and drink and you can take it day one! We'll truly miss it, but we really want to do some other traveling. We'll be back to camping for sure!

The Description has the motor incorrect. This is not a V10, it is the V8 7.3L V8 with an average MPG of 10 in Florida Travel.
