Fifth-wheel RV designed for half-ton trucks. We love this RV and are selling it because we bought a permanent spot and no longer need it.

Very open floor plan with opposing slide-outs in living, dining, and kitchen area. Slide in bedroom/bathroom also. Comfortable seating, 2 recliners (typical but minimal headrest leather cracking), Sofa sleeps 2, bedroom sleeps 2. Fireplace and 32" TV in living space. Lots of storage in kitchen, dining, and living area. All appliances work well and never have had an issue. The bath is roomy and friendly for persons of size. Awesome behind the bathroom mirror lights and blue LED nightlight. Nice Queen-sized mattress on a queen-size platform. CPAP friendly on both sides of the bed with plugs and nightstands. A good amount of storage in the bedroom from the wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and cabinets. Two 13,000 BTU AC units, are ducted, keeping all the space nice and chilled. Furrion TV and Stereo System. The furnace works great. Made it through the 2022 freezes without issue. Lots of basement storage. Remote control awning and slide control. A rear camera is installed with an in-truck monitor. Tires one-year-old.
