The bathroom skylight allows natural light in without energy requirements during the day and the large bathroom set up is impeccable with a door entry directly into the bathroom to keep dirty feet from tracking through the entire camper for restroom use. The jacknife sofa has been removed and in it's place a table has been placed to increase countertop and work space and this also allows for a location for a pack and play/crib or a dog bed. The jacknife sofa comes with the camper and we can re-install it if you prefer, but we enjoyed the space more without it in the camper.

This camper comes with an electric jack, dual 30# propane tanks (upgraded from factor 20# tanks), a 15ft awning, a fold down utility rack and spare tire at the back. Includes weight distributing hitch and new replacement water pump. Tires are in great shape- approximately 3 years old. The tv and dvd blue ray player are also included. Microwave is brand new (July 2022).
