Description

One of a kind four season boondocking, off grid, or bug out trailer. I had removed the ad prematurely because I thought it was sold, but his financing fell through, so it’s back. Since then, I reupholstered the seat cushions and most of the sofa, with a nice $40yd fabric. Previous owner had a cheesy seat cover made for the sofa. I’ve spent over $15,000 on upgrades, not including 2 months of labor.

Everything runs off the sun, with a high quality Victron solar system installed. Trailer has 12 solar panels. 10-200 watt & 2-170 watt = 2,340 watts.  All 10 panels tilt manually, in either direction for winter sun. System has 4-206Ah lithium batteries = 824ah of storage. It all connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect app for monitoring. The entire system is protected from a solar flare, lighting strike or EMP with 3 EMP Shield devices.

It also has a 9000btu high efficiency mini-split heat pump with a 25 seer rating, that heats and cools very quietly, 24/7-365. The original A/C unit is still functional with shore power, but why use that noisy thing, ever! Standard rooftop units draw too much power to use on solar for any length of time.

Excellent videos to watch regarding RV solar & mini split systems, done by an engineer. YouTube channel:

Like new Goodyear Endurance tires. Two TVs. Brand new convection microwave and induction cooktop with new set of induction pots and pans.

Electric tongue jack and levelers. Rear facing camera. Tire pressure monitoring system.

Water heater runs off both propane and electric, as does the fridge. The Fox comes with two 30lb full bottles of propane to use as a backup.

I'm only selling because I'm moving to another country. If you can’t come and look personally, we can do a live video walk through, showing you that everything works perfectly. Some of the photos are from before the upgrade.

Link to new models. Mine doesn't have a fireplace.
If you live in a different part of the country, uShip is a great way to get the trailer to where you live, if you don’t want to tow it. I had it towed from Florida for $1150. Drivers bid on the job. Of course, that was pre OBiden gas prices.
