We are selling this A.C.E 30.2 motorhome that has served us very well. We are second owners - older couple in Florida had it and we purchased for local campground visits and we did one long west coast trip.

It features a full wall slide out for added interior space, a set of bunk beds, dual entry into the bath, and all that you need to enjoy traveling. This is sometimes known as a SUPERSLIDE model, or BUNKhouse since you could sleep 10.

Step inside and find a sofa to the right of the entrance which can be turned into sleeping area. Across from the sofa is a booth dinette for mealtime and more. The table can be lowered and this area can be turned into a sleeping area. There is a 40" TV above the dinette that can easily be viewed from the sofa and the driver and passengers seat when they are turned around. A convenient coffee table can be put up between the driver and passenger seats for additional table space.

The kitchen amenities provide what you need to create meals and snacks on the go. There is a three burner range with microwave oven, a single kitchen sink, and overhead storage, fridge/freezer

Heading towards the rear of the coach there is a full bath with angled shower, toilet and sink. The bath features dual entry doors which allows easy access from the living area and from the rear bedroom too. Before the bedroom you will find a set of 29" x 71" bunks on the right towards the middle of the full wall slide that the kids or grandkids are sure to love. The bunkbeds have a small tv mounted on the wall at the end of each bed.

The rear bedroom features a queen bed with nightstands and overhead cabinets. There is also a closet and dresser along the full wall slide. Above the dresser there is a 32" LED TV for your enjoyment. Their is also a sliding door which can seperate the bedroom from the bunkbeds and the rest of the unit.

This unit has full auto leveling system and optional Stabilizer/Sway bar setup that you can see on the one picture.

The Upholstery was ALL replaced over winter of 2021/22 and looks brand new. No carpet in any of main areas.
