LOW MILES. PRICE DROPPED FOR PRE-WINTER SELL! Just had it professionally cleaned/details (450 bucks) and put a full tank of gas in it! We bought this RV used in TX knowing that we were going to live in it for 6 months in NC while we remodeled our house. 6 months turned in to 1.5 years. It has served us well and proved its worth in full time living in both winter and summer (Good A/C and Good Heat!). This also comes with a DISH Portable Satellite Antenna. We never used it. It also comes with a tow bar that allows you to pull a vehicle. We never used it, but it looks like the previous owners did. The Onan generator started and ran fine in TX, but now shuts down as soon as the start button is released. Probably just needs to be serviced. We have never needed to use it while we've owned the RV. Most people never use these things anyway with most camp places having 30 amp conections to power the RV. The queen bed is an upgraded memory foam bed and very comfortable. Since owning, we have put in a new toilet (elongated) as well as replaced the factory couch with 2 recliners (nice!). 2 new TVs as well. Also replaced the two RV battery's as well as the truck (motor) battery within the last year. With less than 19K miles, this thing is ready to go wherever you want to take it!
