Greetings everyone! It is time to sell our California Escape Pod, also known as a 2010 Fleetwood Discovery 40G. It has served it’s purpose and is ready to make memories with another family. This rig has been completely gone through and is ready to travel from one coast to another or simply to your favorite local campground. This model comes equipped with several upgraded features, such as MCD electric blackout blinds, outdoor kitchen, King size Sleep Number bed, bunk bed for the kiddos, Sony surround sound, washer/dryer combo, Dometic high-profile toilet, residential kitchen faucet, and electric patio/door awning(s). The carpet was just steamed cleaned (July 31, 2022), awaiting the next family.

We changed the oil religiously every 10,000 miles and at the end of the season (Oil, filter, and fuel/water separator was replaced May 2022). It has a nearly new set of tires (10), which were installed June 2021 (DOT date code 4520). The RV has six brand new coach batteries (May 2022), two BRAND NEW Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioners, new water filter (May 2022), new water pump (engine) and serpentine belt (May 2022). In addition, we just had both inverters professionally serviced and they’re working perfectly.

We have all workorders/receipts that have been done to the coach. Included with the RV is a Blue Ox tow bar and Patriot II brake system. Now for the great news… You can buy this coach with a piece of mind knowing it comes with a transferable platinum warranty, expiring March 22, 2025. The warranty covers virtually everything except for routine maintenance. I am willing to deliver within 500 miles of Nashville Tennessee, buyer to pay for fuel cost. I am willing to deliver within the continental United States, buyer to pay for both RV fuel cost and seller return airfare.
