This RV is open and spacious with flexibility to make it easily suit your style. Everything in the kitchen works and has been used very little in the last two years. The u-shaped kitched has great counter and cabinet space. The spacious living room area has furniture added by previous owners and me. It all stays with the RV and can be easily moved or replaced. Special features include a large window to see the views, a cozy fireplace, a shady awning, washer/dryer hook-up closet or extra storage, and two TV locations. The previous owner put in a comfy king sized mattress, which makes the bedroom a little crowded, but it could be easily swapped out if the new ower wants the space. The closet is huge with an upper and lower shelf, and there's storage under the bed. I used the washer/dryer space for more storage. I did not hook up TVs or use the stereo system. There were no hoses for the vacuum system. Maybe a new owner will have better luck finding parts than I did.

I bought the RV in April of 2021 and stayed in it for two summers. My new home is almost finished so it's time to let someone else enjoy this RV. I had it stationary when in use and stored it in an enclosed machine shed from October to April.

I had to repair one valve in the plumbing system and the new owner should invest in a new sewer hose with multiple adaptors. There are two propane tanks but I only used one. The hot water heater is terrific - I am not rushed in the shower. The open/shut valve on the rear tank is a little hard to use. There are other little things that could be put back in tip-top shape with a knowledgeable owner.

I have some of the manuals from the original purchase, including the owners manual. I bought a hitch adaptor which I'm selling with the RV as well as never used X-chocks. My friend pulled it home on a ~100 mile journey and he said it rode smoothly.
