Well built 2x3 walls, no leaks, ice cold ac, everything inside is new and Too many upgrades to list. It was a firehouse training trailer so it has never been lived in, very minimal travel, new tires except the spare. Not sure the year but they still make these trailers they are mobile concepts by scotty. You will need to install the plumbing as it has never had plumbing, hook it up anyway you would like. It will have a brand new toilet with sink, shower fixtures, shower curtain rod that will come with it. This tiny home is available until the post is taken down.
