This trailer has served my family well over the last 6 months. We bought it new in Utah and slowly traveled through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. We are now looking to buy a house and the trailer has got to go. Having said that the trailer includes everything you need to live out of the trailer too! Including the washer and dryer units. We have lived in this trailer in 6 degree temperature and 100 degree plus days. And have been completely comfortable the whole time. The fireplace helps out a ton. This trailer has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Also included is a tpms system so you can keep an eye on the temperature and pressure of the trailer tires. Speaking of tires, you'll find Goodyear endurance tires and not china bombs. We also replaced the crappy tv with a nicer Sony. Thanks for looking at my trailer!
