Low mileage, beautiful 28' RV. We seem to be too busy for RV life, and it is a shame because we truly enjoyed the few times we went out. Perfect size for 2-4, but can easily accomodoate and sleep up to 8. Great size for new RV'ers and the open floor plan is wonderful. It seems to be the perfect layout, even while driving, it is comfortable to get up and fix a snack or use the facilities. ;-)

We are including lots of RV items like hoses, patio outdoor mat, couch cover, etc. #Allthethings you need to get started. We also have a brand new, still in the box RV cover for down season that we will include (worth $370). It has a 2" tow hitch- perfect for a tow vehicle if you would like- we did not use one.

We have not had any repairs since it is fairly new, all sytems work great, we have had no issues whatsoever. There is plenty of storage space: under the king bed, closet, over the bed, drawers, and in the main living area. There is good storage under the RV as well for chairs, hoses, etc.

The RV has 3 TVs: main living, master bed, and outside for game days. It also comes with a weboost for RV system that reaches the farthest cell towers and allows highest cell and wifi access. This allows you to work on the road. IF necessary. (worth $500 +) All windows have shades and the front window has an electronic drop shade for extra privacy. 3 range gas stove, double sink.

Another favorite feature is the built in nightstand ledges with the walk around king bed- making it roomy and easy to make the bed. The bed also comes with a new foam mattress topper, (Pd. $120.) TV in bedroom plus reading lights above pillow area. Extra queen bed over drivers seat- also quite comfy.

Exterior has 4 storage areas, an electric retractable awning (covers outdoor TV), including a large outdoor patio mat and 2 new zero gravity chairs.

The Flair is a beauty and looking for a good home that will be able to enjoy the RV life for many years.
