RV is highly maintained, stored in heated and cooled building. Complete service on engine and generator in the last 1000 miles, everything is in working order, upgraded shocks (koni) were just put on, and RV was recently waxed, upgraded wifiranger internet router (aspen) and outdoor router with cell on the roof (Everest) and added a cell booster in the past 4 months. Replaced all batteries in the RV this year with AGM 200AH batteries for the house and 2 new batteries for the engine. Spartan chassis. Digital dash. I have all paperwork for all service that has been completed on the RV. Directv in motion and HD on the roof. Heated floor option and Sanicon system are booth installed.
