The ex and I loved this trailer but have divorced and are looking to sell. Her name is Loki and she is 18,597 miles old. While we would love to keep her, our situation is such that we need to rehome her to a loving family. Fear not! Our separation had nothing to do with this trailer.

Loki may be light, but she is strong! Built custom by a local she features a burly frame, axel, and components. Weighing just under 800 lbs, she can be pulled by any vehicle with a hitch. Own a bike? Loki has a 2 inch receiver mounted to her frame behind the galley. Included with the galley is a 2 burner stove and Igloo cooler.

The electric system features 2 GFI AC plugs (1 in the cabin and 1 in the galley) which run when plugged into shore power. When not on shore power, Loki has 2 12 V DC ports (1 inside and 1 in the galley) that run off of a Deep-Cylcle Battery. The battery charges either through shore power or through a standard 7 blade RV connector.

Loki is well lit. The 2 galley lights and interior dome light are LED and run either red or white- perfect for stargazing! The exterior side LED lights run yellow and the reading lights at the head of the bed run white. The LED reading lights are adjustable. The roof features a powerful fan-tastic vent. Using the lights sparingly and running the fan at night, the battery will last for 4-5 days. With the stainless siding reflecting heat and running the fan at night to pull in cool night time air through the screened windows, we stayed cool during the hottest of desert days. Shutting the windows we also stayed warm during cold winter nights with temps well below freezing with only a sheet and down comforter.

The interior has a queen sized mattress with plenty of space to sit up in. At the foot of the bed is an upper cabinet with three doors that runs the width of the interior. The windows on each door slide open and are covered with a screen to keep out pesky bugs.

2 known issues: 1) there is a slight bit of rust on the fenders due to regular use. Though it doesn't bother us, some sanding and a touch of paint would make her look brand new. 2) the rear hatch locking mechanism recently failed on a trip. As we are no good at metal work, we fixed this problem using a rope and cleat system that secures the rear hatch from inside the trailer. We have not had any issues with this system keeping the hatch door securely shut.
