Great condition. Not too bad on gas. Very clean. Non smoking family. Lots of storage new couch. Out door tv. Self leveling jacks. DVDs and tvs above bunks. Sleeps 8-10. Strong running v10 gas engine.  Newer tires.   Added exterior dvd system.  1 large slide out.  Lots of room for as short as it is.  Easily maneuverable.  Just don't use it enough to keep.  Please ask questions.
