** Probably Sold!! **

This travel trailer is a dream! Very spacious and luxurious with an attractive and functional interior. We always thought we were going to have this for a few years and then sell it. but just never got around to selling it. Used maybe 4-5 times each year for the past 6 years. It really is in great shape with everything working well. Completely covered in the off-season and the decals and details all look like new! (really!)

Features:

• The fireplace is fully functional, so is the TV
• The fridge is a 4 door model with plenty of room
• The Oven and Gas Cooktop were used maybe 2-3 times EVER. just not a cook!
• Super-duper weight distribution and sway control system installed (the trailer doesn't move on the highway!)
• Upgraded to two 30# propane tanks

Recent maintenance (last 18 months):

• New seals/gaskets on the slideouts
• New rear power stabilizers
• New water heater (June 2021)
• All interior light fixtures replaced with led bulbs
• Roku adpater for TV
• New shower valve and faucet
• New kitchen faucet
• Have a brand new tongue jack ready to be installed (the current one can't be operated manually in case of loss of power, so I bought that could be)
• Brand new awning

Known problems:

• the living room sofa and recliners all show wear and tear. We have two sets of seat covers, one is still in the packaging.
• There is no mattress in the pull out sofa bed
• the floor is coming up in the kitchen area (we just put a kitchen pad over it)

It's time to say goodbye to this RV and I hope it finds a great home.
