Trailer has a sliding glass door as well as standard door. Trailer has been under a carport most of its use. Also has Propane stove, forced air heat and water heater, with electric heat and water backup as well as a heat pump that was replaced 5 or 6 years ago by the previous owner. Comes with 3 - 30lb Propane tanks, 2 exchanged recently and unused as there are 2 - 80lb tanks in use. Propane heater was serviced this spring. I am the 3rd owner, as it was on the property when I purchased it. The trailer was placed under a car port in 2015, the original owner had kept it under an other structure I was told by the people I purchased the property from. I need the trailer sold and moved out for the storage area under the carport.
