Unit is in excellent condition and better than new with little upgrades that we have done including: mounted 32 in TV in living room, added queen memory foam mattress topper in master, installed entry door grab bar handle, installed bug screens added on all vents outside of camper, upgraded shower head, backup camera and digital keypad/lock to camper door.
