It has a full and a half bath, brand new memory foam mattress, dresser and closet, bedroom is prewired for an additional tv should owner wish to install one, dual vanities in the huge bathroom, large shower, stacked washer and dryer hook ups, lots of windows, tons of storage, etc. We looked and looked to find the perfect floorplan and we absolutely love this one! We bought this camper to stay in while we built our home and it is extremely comfortable. This camper has not been hauled much at all, we basically purchased it and moved it onsite. We did put a full size residential refrigerator in it while we lived in it but can include the camping refrigerator if you would prefer. We have been very careful to take extremely good care of it. We used it for about a year. It is clean and ready to go on its next adventure. Vinyl skirting is included.
