Very good condition, with thoughtful upgrades. The tires are new, only 750 miles. This unit has the optional 50amp service, I also have included the necessary adapters for 30amp or standard house plug-in. In addition to standard options, the battery is upgraded to a Renogy 200ah Lithium iron phosphate battery with compatible solar charge controller and main power supply/charger as well. Bathroom fan was upgraded to an automated full size exhaust fan. Replaced the taillights with bright LED’s, mounted a TV in the main cabin, and also mounted a holder under the trailer for the 30feet of sanitation hose.
