Home on the road!
Camper is in great condition, has been completely gone over every year I’ve put it into storage for the winter (seven years). So everything works as it should and roof has been gone over as well! Tires are in great condition and ready to go!
Has 2 air conditions, one in living room and one in spacious bedroom. Comes with summer and winter (heated) hose. Two 60 amp cords, so no problem reaching power even if it is a little ways away! Also has a 30 amp attachment if needed. Has 2 holding tanks, one in kitchen and one in bathroom. Both tanks have draining accordion hoses. There is an outdoor radio under the huge storage under camper! Awning goes over front door and is in excellent condition. Has a built in vacuum but camper comes with a dyson cordless vacuum that makes keeping the camper clean super easy!
Move in ready! Has nice pots, pans, cookie sheets and utensils! If there is anything else you need, king size duvet cover, plates, etc. just let me know! I can include for the right price. If the king size bed and pull out couch isn’t enough sleeping room, I left a queen size blow up mattress in camper as well! I can also take everything out if not wanted or needed.

I did a price cut of $5,000 due to one side of the recliner having some wear and tear to it and I cannot replace it due to me being 7 months pregnant!
