Excellent condition fifth wheel bunkhouse trailer. Recently serviced throughout. Ready to camp.

We bought this trailer to park out at some land and use on vacations. We are selling that land now, so it doesn't make sense to keep the trailer. It's got an awesome layout for small children. We added the stackable washer/dryer, which is a great convenience on long trips. It's got a huge loft area where 3 of our young kids slept and a midbunk that worked great as a baby room. The midbunk has a desk, pull out couch and bunk for more sleeping options.

The living area is great size with a hide-a-bed sofa and theater seats. The kitchen island has a freshwater dispenser from water jugs stored in the basement (a great feature), a full sized stove and gas oven, and a convection oven microwave. We were very close to selling our house and going full time in this trailer with the amenities.

The trailer includes an auto leveling system, excellent water management hub and a brand new propane water heater. All the features of the trailer are managed with the Jaycommand Smart system, which can be controlled over bluetooth or Wifi to access the HVAC, Water, Slides, Jacks and other features. It also includes monitors for the trailer tires and propane tanks. It's a great system overall.

There are 2 known issues inside the trailer, though parts are on order for these:
-A trim piece in the midbunk got messed up by the original slide mechanism (the slide system has been fully replaced under warranty)
-The island has an extension drawer with some water damage and is missing a butcher block piece.

I have ordered all the parts through a dealership, but they've been backordered for a while.
