Bought trailer after Hurricane Ida to live in on and off during house renovations. Bathroom in trailer has never been used, outdoor kitchen has never been used. There is a brand new RV king mattress purchased that is very plush in the bedroom that comes with the trailer. Trailer has not been out of the driveway and is in excellent shape. House renovation completed, and trailer not needed. We slept in it on and off for several months as repairs progressed in our house. Used the kitchen in trailer about 5 times.
