Great condition! Original owner was very meticulous with caring for this beauty. I had it only for a few months to provide us a home while our purchase of a new home closed. Queen mattress comes with a 3" memory foam topper infused with lavender, for a great nights sleep. Darkening panels for door and vent are included, along with septic hose, septic hose lifts, hose, extra hose with sprayer, electric 110 adapter, Bluetooth capable CD player, LED lighted awning, and flat screen mounted TV, which can also be mounted outside under the awning. AC works great. Refrigerator uses back up propane, if you choose. Holds two propane tanks. This is a beautiful camper. I have not seen any issues with it at all and it did great moving from MI to TN!
