Basically brand new. Original owners used it twice before deciding that they wanted a 5th wheel. We bought the camper to set up on a permanent site Down East, but plans fell thru. The camper has been covered since Jan 2022 when we purchased it. We have only pulled it to Sonny's camping world to have new awnings placed over all 3 slideouts. Title in hand. Willing to consider any "reasonable" offer.
