Well maintained and lightly used travel trailer. Outdoor "kitchen" with mini refrigerator and sink, and a small grill on the back bumper- none of which have been used. Slide out has added awning for weather protection. All weather package added at time of purchase. We replaced the AC unit last autumn, so it's had little use and this spring purchased a new memory foam mattress that has been kept in a protective/waterproof cover with dry den on the platform underneath. The trailer has only been moved once, so no wear on tires or the exterior finish. The option for solar power hookup is available on this model.
