Upgrades include new window shades, washer and dryer (only used once), heated recliners, awnings over each slide, 4 new tires, 2 new marine batteries, covered fan vents on top. Heat pump and A/C, 2- 7.5 gal propane tanks, sewage pump with hose. Must see to appreciate.
