Exterior in good shape. Needs some repair work on one side of a slide out and. Rubber around one of the slide outs has rotted. Recently replaced tires, sealed roof and replaced hydraulic jack computer. Also replaced batteries.Generator only has 70 hours. Generator needs maintenance as it hasn't been run in a while. Interior is in good shape. Refrigerator does not work. Norcold had a part recalled. It has auto leveling and party railing on the back ramp. It's sitting in Willis, TX on lake Conroe.
