We have owned this RV for 2 years and it is a great unit. The reason for selling is that we have downsized to a Class C. Original MSRP was $156,709.

We have over $14,000 invested of upgrades/improvements (not incl labor), with receipts, warranties and user manuals:

• 7/15/21 -$3,692 Six new tires plus spare, fewer than 2,000 miles on new tires. Added an additional matching rim with tire for spare that is transported on back bumper.
• 9/27/21- $2006 Reupholstered both Captain's chairs, Dinette side panels and seating, and removable armrests.
• 8/9/21 -$3,251 Serviced including air dryer, all new shocks, air brake inspection and adjustment, A/C system pressure and charge level, generator serviced, Lube, oil filter.
• 8/30/21 - $350 Two new power inverters installed
• 8/30/21 - $636 Two new MAXXair Venilation Fans installed. One remote control.
• 5/1/22- $2,000 Roof Overhaul: Removed old caulking from all seams, fixtures and domes. Replaced shower and bath domes. All seams, domes and fixtures received new sealent, then Seal tape followed by two coats of rubber sealer on entire roof top. (We bought RV knowing shower dome had prior small leak due to dome failure ). Roof Overhaul corrected, no other major damage
