I am the second owner. Unit has been stored for the last 14 months. Very lightly used. Everything works. Needs a queen mattress for the bed. Front bedroom is private with a door. I’m including sewer hoses, fresh water hose, & adapter cords for electric. Very comfortable with power awning, leveling jacks, and slide out. Has larger fridge & stainless appliances. Vinyl plank flooring. Nice “blackout” window shades, sound system with external speakers, wide aluminum steps. Interior photos are stock. Current location is Pasadena, Texas.
