Unit has two decks with awnings, 3 awnings total. Two awnings are brand new, roof is brand new. Roof was replaced this spring due to a low hanging tree branch. Awnings replaced this spring due to stains from tree leaves for the resale. Unit has 2 four step entries. Unit has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. Unit is a toy hauler with an 8’ x 12’ 6” garage area that is also a quest bedroom with queen size bunk beds and a separate powder room. Garage was ordered extra long at 12’ 6” to haul a 4 wheel side by side. Generator has only been used for 124 hours. Unit has two gas storage tanks one for generator and one with pump nozzle for fueling your toys. Unit has automatic hydraulic leveling system, levels at the push of a button. Very quick to set up at your camping sight. Kitchen has residential size refrigerator, convection bake/ microwave oven and a gas range with oven. Master bathroom has full size shower, porcelain toilet and vanity. Unit has 3 air conditioners controlled by a digital central thermostat. Unit contains 3 televisions. Unit has a central vacuum system. I have two fifth wheel hitches, one is a B&W Companion sliding hitch for a 6’ 6 truck bed and the other is a Curt Q20 stationary unit for a Chevy/GMC puck system on an 8’ bed. I will include one of these with the sale of the unit. We have enjoyed this unit very much traveling with friends and family but have been traveling lately with just the two of us and wish to downsize.
