The Model is 40PDQ not 40DPQ, I cant change without deleting and relisting. This is a very nice unit that is in good to very good condition. We no longer need such a large motor home since we have made our major trips and purchased a new house. The Monaco Diplomat is built on a road master chassis with 8 instead of 4 airbags. The Chassis is known for its quality, superior ride, and has a very short turning radius for a coach of this length. It has a hydraulic leveling system. The engine is a Cummins 400 HP with a 6 speed Allison Transmission. I just installed new tires, so you will be riding on new rubber on all 6 tires. It comes with a tire pressure monitoring system. The coach has a keyless remote door lock. It has surround sound TV and DVD in the living area, TV in the Bedroom and an outside TV. There is a 3-burner stove with oven, Microwave, and Norcold Refrigerator with Ice maker. I have kept the maintenance up on the coach and changed the Integrated logic board in 2017 so the mileage shown does not reflect the 54357 miles before the new board. The Generator hours are shown in the photo and runs very well with oil changes every 100 to 150 hours. The Coach has Cruse control, intermittent wipers and light flash in the steering wheel. It also comes with a backup camera with sound. I would consider including the Garmin RV GPS. It has all new slide awnings replaced in the last 4 years, new water pump last year, had an exhaust leak so I had Cummins install new exhaust header and turbo in 2020. The upholstery is original but is in generally good condition with a couple of blemishes consistent with its age. The king bed has a memory foam mattress a new 3" mattress topper. The sofa bed is an air mattress and comes with an electric pump. When not in use the coach has been stored indoors. The two storage bays has the optional slide trays. I will include sewer hoses and incline tray, an additional water hose, cable connection, The coach comes with all original documentation.
