• New 30 amp cord for shore power (Feb 2022)
• A brand new (never used) couch in the living space! (July 2022)
• Pepwave Wifi Router ($2,200 system, professionally installed, dual system that can run 2 sim cards at once). Buyer will need to purchase sim cards from T-mobile, AT&T or Verizon and activate a data plan.
• New heaters for the black/grey water tanks (Feb 2022)
• A new max air vent above the queen bed in the main sleeping area. (Feb 2022)

Included in purchase:

• Fresh water hose with water pressure gauge
• 2 windshield covers
• RV-related tools (oil change kit, sealants, etc.)

RV is great for family trips, camping, tailgating and taking your pups on the road! My wife and I purchased this RV 15 months ago and spent that time traveling around the US, working remotely. Now our jobs require us to be back in person, so we are sadly needing to sell our RV. PS. Don't mind the Saints' decal - it was like that when we bought it! ;)

Wear & Tear: The 2 front seats in the cab have significant peeling on the faux leather. We have temporary covers on the seats, which will be included in the sale. Minor wear and tear on the cabinets and one cabinet door (this will be fixed by time of purchase).
