Mint condition Jayco Melbourne 24M with 3200 miles. All maintenance completed yearly with Mercedes in Edmond, Oklahoma. Unit has stability Jacks-I added Sumo springs front/rear and a Helwig Rear Sway bar. All items within the RV stay - Pots/Pans, etc and tools that are RV specific including Dish Tailgator. RV has always been in a fully enclosed storage center. I purchased this RV primarily to tailgate with friends at Univ of Oklahoma football games and to travel to away games. Covid ruined at least two years and now our friends are unable to travel due to poor health. I am on several Jayco websites and the many issues read about have not happened to me. Slide out, water heater, water pump, awning w/ LED lights, air conditioner, natural gas generator, stove, refrigerator (gas/elec), furnace, water pump, black and gray tanks and valves all perform as needed. Engine, Air conditioner, steering, heated mirror, backup camera, infotainment system, water tank and tank heater and chassis all preform as needed. RV has been winterized each year by a dealer and pressure tested when de-winterized.

Several disclaimers: I measured the water tank and can only state 50gals is my best estimate of storage. I am told the engine is a V6 - but it is the stock Mercedes engine.
I built a wooden cover to go over the exit door well so at night there is no danger of falling into the exit door well - See photo.

We purchased the M floor plan with a pull-out convertable bed as the space saved made the bath and kitchen area about 1/3 larger. Note two pictures-one with be couch pulled out and one with the mattress topper. Two small and one large table

August 22, 2022 I brought the RV out of storage, for the second time in August, and re-checked all the systems. All are working fine with no issues. I did not check the "water" system as the RV is still winterized and I did not want to un-winterize the RV-leaving that to the new owner.
