The first step up is the front living area that has two fold out sleeper couches which slide out creating a huge entertainment area with a pop-up flat screen TV that lowers to reveal a front window that shows a nice view of your current park, campground or property. We fell in love with the two his and hers electric recliners that have lights, massage and heat along with cup holders and a small compartment for your remotes. The fireplace actually heats the whole camper in the cooler months and adds a little ambiance to the evening. The second step up is the Master Suite, with a double closet that contains an all in one washer/dryer that is brand new with one trip of use. The bedroom is cozy but with a King Size bed and a pillow-top mattress I actually sleep better than in my home. There is a TV which we have never used and plenty of cabinet storage with drawers and a nice flat top area to put a noise machine or fan as we chose to do. Next is the master bath with a double solid surface with integrated sinks. The shower has a three panel glass door that locks when in transit. The shower provides plenty of room that the oversized people will enjoy with multiple areas to store your shampoo and soap along with a bench for shaving legs or sitting down. Now back to the entrance and the lower level with a 1/2 bath and the kitchen that has a well planned layout that provides ample surface areas to use while cooking multistep meals. Both the kitchen and the dining area are slide outs to allow for free movement between the kitchen/dining areas to the step up areas of entertainment and bedroom. Now two A/C units and two fantastic fans help create air flow. For the guys we have storage that is abundant with a basement that will hold a 14 1/2' kayak. I have built a sliding tray in the rear stow to hold heavy. Another great addition is the conversion from pin box 5th wheel to a gooseneck no more heavy hitch to pull in and out. Pin box will also go with camper All in all the best bang for the buck currently for the right buyer. If you try to buy new with this layout expect to spend 105,000 or more.
