In good condition with brand new Olympic queen memory foam mattress and froli sleep system. Has hook ups for w/d in bedroom closet. 2 tv’s and electric fire place. Upgraded shower head and never used outdoor grill. Used as temporary living a for a few months a couple times so not a lot of miles on the tires. All recalls have been fixed by dealership.
