We are the second owner. First owner kept this camper in a heated barn. We have kept it stored under a port. This unit is in great shape. I've added a second battery with a guest switch, and 10 ply heavy trailer tires. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed this unit. The automatic levelers are great! We've decided to make the move to a class A. We have removed the mattress so the new owner can choose their favorite.
